PART 2 - Acceptance: submit yourself to God and the truth about who He is, who you are and how He wants His people to think and live.

Matthew 14:19a And He directed the people to sit down on the grass.

Matthew 5: 1-2 When Jesus saw His ministry drawing huge crowds, He climbed a hillside. Those who were apprenticed to Him, the committed, climbed with Him. Arriving at a quiet place, He sat down and taught His climbing companions.

Are you teachable (apprenticed, committed, willing to listen, being able to take constructive criticism and make changes.)?
Ephesians 4:22-24 You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; to be made new in the attitude of your minds; and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.

In Part 1 you made a list of changes and improvements.
Do you really understand and believe in the Father, Son and Holy Spirit?

God Is Who He said He is!
Matt. 6:9. God is our Father.
Luke 1:37. God is all-powerful.
John 4:24. God is spirit.
Rom. 11:33. God is all-knowing.
Eph. 1:17. God is knowable.
1 Tim. 4:10. God is living.
1 Tim. 6:15. God is King of kings.
James 4:8. God will draw close to us.
James 4:12. God is judge.
1 John 4:16. God is love.
Rev. 1:8. God is almighty.

God Can do what He said He can do!
1 Tim. 1:12-17. God can forgive even the most wicked of sinners.
Rom. 3:23-24. Jesus Christ take away all guilt.
Rom. 15:13. God gives us hope through the power of the Holy Spirit.
1 Cor. 2:6-16. God grants wisdom to his followers.
1 Tim. 1:2. God gives mercy upon people.
Rom. 3:25-26. God is just in his judgment of people.
Matt. 8:17. God heals us.

I am Who God says I am!
“Who Am I?”- I don't mean a mom, dad, artist, singer, doctor, lawyer etc...
I am accepted by God.
I am secure because of Christ.
I am significant because of the Holy Spirit.
Go through this list over and over daily.

James 1:5. God will give us wisdom if we ask for it.

God’s Word is Alive and Active in Me!
John 1:1-5. God was in the beginning and still is with us.
Rev. 21:6. He is the Alpha and Omega.
Heb. 4:12-13. The word of God is full of living power.



SLOW DOWN, SIT DOWN, QUIET DOWN!
ACCEPT GOD'S WORDS AND BELIEVE THEM IN YOUR HEART!
